Mr. Lawless has ten years of diverse environmental consulting experience with extensive knowledge of all major greenhouse reporting and verification protocols and state-level mandatory greenhouse gas regulations including those from the WRI/WBCSD, California Climate Action Registry and The Climate Registry. He consults with industries in a variety of areas including: GHG inventory development and verification, carbon footprinting, sustainability reporting and life cycle analyses. Mr. Lawless has developed or verified the GHG inventories of clients from several industries including: a transnational chemical manufacturer, a natural gas exploration and production company, a major maritime port facility and airport, a public transit agency, waste management firms, a national retail company, a steel fabrication company, an international conservation organization, a national construction materials company, a winery, and a construction management company.

Mr. Lawless has a B.A. from Connecticut College, New London, CT and an M.S. from the University of San Francisco. He is a verifier for the California Climate Action Registry.
