Connie Sasala
Executive Partner, Chief Sustainability Officer
Ms. Sasala is an Executive Partner and Chief Sustainability Officer at Cameron-Cole
and has over 20 years of domestic and international experience in the environmental and
social management arena.
At Cameron-Cole, Ms. Sasala developed the Sustainability Services practice area, covering
voluntary and mandatory environmental and social management activities. She directs
a multidisciplinary team to provide support for a wide variety of organizations
engaged in strategy development, public reporting, benchmarking, independent assurance,
and greenhouse gas management. A large part of the practice focuses on carbon-related services
such as Climate Change strategy, emissions inventories, verification, reduction strategies,
and carbon projects including offsets.
Prior to working at Cameron-Cole, Ms. Sasala was Director, U.S. EPA Office of Policy,
Planning, and Evaluation; Policy and Technology Innovations Division, in Washington, D.C.
She holds a B.S. and M.S. from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
