Chemical Reporting Cameron-Cole's chemical reporting services support clients who are subject to federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act and state requirements, including: - Identifying the type and volume of chemicals on-site subject to requirements
- Preparing and submitting all required information for extremely hazardous substance notification, MSDS reporting, Tier I/II reporting, and other requirements
- Determining the applicability of Toxic Release Inventory (TRI/SARA 313) requirements; conducting threshold and release calculations; and completing/submitting required forms
- Creating programs to institutionalize information gathering, reporting and recordkeeping
Hazardous Waste Management Our hazardous waste management services help our clients meet federal, state and local hazardous waste management requirements (including those under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)), which can be complex and burdensome. We assist our clients with: - Waste identification, storage, pretransport and manifest requirements for small and large quantity generators
- Threshold determination for conditionally exempt generators
- Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facilities (TSDFs) standards, including: preparedness and prevention; contingency planning and emergency procedures; manifesting, recordkeeping and reporting; management of waste units and releases; Subparts AA-DD air requirements; and closure and postclosure cost estimates and care
