Ken collaborates with multidisciplinary project teams to guide regulatory negotiations within the broad framework of State and Federal regulations.

With over 25 years experience, Ken plans and performs hydrogeological investigations for environmental baseline studies, contaminated site characterization, remedial investigations/feasibility studies, and remedial design/remedial action. He specializes in site conceptual model development, performance monitoring optimization, and quantitative methods to assess groundwater-surface water interactions using high-resolution site characterization techniques, groundwater modeling, GIS, and 3D visualization. He is highly skilled at presenting complex results in a clear and compelling manner for managers, stakeholder groups, and regulators to support business decisions, operations, permitting, and environmental compliance.

Ken earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geological Sciences from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Master’s degree in Hydrogeology from the University of South Florida.
