Tony is a leader in quality assurance programs and senior reviewer of all permits and reports submitted to regulating agencies.
Tony has almost 30 years of technical field experience in monitoring well design and installation, development of groundwater sampling protocols for facilities throughout the United States, management of Subtitle C and Subtitle D landfill compliance programs, development of program protocols and quality assurance programs, and monitoring daily project activities. He also serves as the point of contact with clients and regulatory agencies and is the senior review of all permits and reports submitted to regulating agencies.
Tony earned his Bachelor’s degree in Water Resources from Oneonta State University and his Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences Hydrology from the State University of New York.
