Cameron-Cole provided consulting services in support of the client’s plans to redevelop a property, previously used for industrial purposes and as a building site where aircraft was built during World War II. The client desired to develop the property as a film studio facility.  We evaluated existing investigation data to make risk-based land use recommendations for various portions of the facility (e.g., studio space, parking, cafeterias, living space, etc.). This work included the derivation of risk-based standards for each desired use, comparison of site investigation data to the various standards that had been derived and working with the development team to determine how the production space would ultimately be designed.
