Shipyard Client Stormwater Management

Cameron-Cole conducted stormwater and permit compliance evaluations as well as a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for multiple marine vessel manufacturing facilities located along the gulf coast of North Florida. Cameron Cole conducted a comprehensive compliance review of each facility's existing permits issued by the Corps of Engineers (COE), the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), as well as the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). Following the compliance review, Cameron-Cole developed and implemented a water quality testing plan to assess potential water quality impacts associated with each facility. In addition, SWPPPs for each facility were prepared that met the requirements of both the US EPA and the FDEP. Cameron-Cole also worked closely with personnel at each facility to improve the standard operating procedures at each facility by developing numerous Best Management Procedures (BMPs) to meet compliance criteria in the existing permits.
